Credit Terms (ROI)

1. All invoices are due for payment 30 days from date of invoice or within 7 days for 2½ % settlement discount.

2. Claims for shortages/ damaged goods must be reported within 24hrs of delivery.

3. Minimum orders are €300 otherwise a carriage fee of €5 applies.

4. Goods remain the property of Pharmacy Supplies Ltd until payment is received in full.

5. ROI Customers are not charged VAT but are required to declare imports on VAT Return- Max Factor, Olay and Coty are sourced via ROI and as such are subject to VAT @ 21%.

6. New Accounts C.O.D until credit established.

These are same as above except No.3 & No.5 should read as follows:

5. All cost prices are subject to VAT @ 17.5%
